They already did announce that they were going to make Rage 2, it is going to be for the next gen console

Oh and nobody reply "proof or it didn't happen" don't say that when you could just google it yourselfs.(Que that person that says it[nobody says it b/c I ruined it for them]) ( Then someone decides to do it anyways) OMG ITS PARADOX SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!

I'm not sure they would add DLC to it but I'm sure they are if not working on DLC are working on rage 2. Probably it will be released late 2012 before Christmas or 2014 if they are working on DLC depending on how much DLC they are working on.

ID would probably work on a RAGE DLC before working on a Rage 2. As far as them working on a RAGE DLC I am guessing that such a project won't even get started until they sell more product.

On Dec 6th Rage will be on sale at gamestop (if I remember correctly) and other select retailers for $29.99.....that is NOT a good sign for fans of RAGE....this type of sale doesn't typically happen for a game less than 90 days since it went on the market.

ID is a business and in business there is a concept called cutting your losses....If RAGE doesn't sell enough units...well I hope you have it on PC and they get at least the mod tool out to the fans. Think about it. Don't know the numbers but how many fans typically buy a DLC for a main game....( I can assure you in all probability its not 100% or even 75% even if its a super fantastic game)? And if the main game didn't sell well how many units of DLC can you expect to sell? Think about this objectively before getting mad.

But never say never....they revamped that James Bond game and updated it....they may do a RAGE REDUX that could be a sucess. I say this sincerely and not sarcastically. I like ID and they have given me years of computer gaming enjoyment and I want them to continue to bring me and others more enjoyable products.
