HELP - I've really messed up

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 1:47 pm

YOU'RE NOT HELPING! :toughninja:

See the thing is, my games back in '08 I only made it to level 7 before moving on. I'm not even sure why I moved on because I do remember having fun and enjoying FO - prolly work related or something. So I've never completed the game nor did I buy any of the expansions. I'm thinking I should cuz this is too much fun.

Wait until the 11th or thanksgiving for fallout 3 as there may be a sale on steam that has the DLC included.

Hopefully I will be able to wait for Skyrim DLC to be discounted, I doubt it though.

Have you been living under a rock? How did you not know that TES 5 was coming out. It's mentioned on this forum constantly, man. I don't get it.

Apparently I have. I haven't been coming to this forum in a long time. In fact, it was the game stop question that made me think of this forum again.

I kind of just moved on from all things Bethesda. Not because I was angry, it just seemed to happen....not sure why.

Suicide is not the answer. There is help available. That's my advice.

:foodndrink:

Is that the kind of help you're talking about?

Think you can complete everything in Fallout 3 in 5 days?

lol...not a chance dude.

I'm too busy picking through old trash cans and dumpster diving for scrap metal to rush through. You know, gotta get those caps up.

But holy cow, I just read a preview about Skyrim and it sounds like a lot of fun.

Well my FO version is on the xbox but I'm picking up the Skyrim PC version because of all the awesomeness that will no doubt occur within the modding community.

When did this gamestop incident happen? Or, how long has it been since you picked up Fallout 3 again?

It all started about a month or two ago. I'm not entirely sure because work is crazy right now and weeks are just flying by but I think it's right at a month ago.

How far are you so far?

Either, play whichever you want. Neither are going to disappear into thin air.

Have you seen the awesomeness in the FO3 community? Sorry not helping, you could multitask. play skyrim until you're bored play some fallout 3 go back to playing skyrim etc.

OR you could play FO3 on the Xbox using your feet while using your hands to play skyrim.

I suggest you play the hell out of Fallout 3 until the 11th rolls around, then snatch Skyrim up and start it up and play that until you can't play it anymore.

Not that far, 5th level "do gooder" or something like that. They don't like my good deeds and sent a hit squad after me. Seems I already have a 1,000 cap bounty on my head. Heh...I dispatched the death squad, looted their corpses then left them to rot.

Not sure but is Skyrim going to have similar awesomeness? I've read there will be lots of dragons.

Haven't been to the FO3 community site. Just came back to the forums here about a month ago.

Now you're talkin! I had not considered that possibility. Thanks! :mohawk:

I'm trying the draw is quite strong - or maybe it's the radiation.

See I like to go into games fresh, with no pre-knowledge so I don't know much about Skyrim just the one preview report and wow, it sounded amazing. I'm not sure I'll be able to put down FO3 tho.

I experienced a similar plight last Christmas when I received both Dead Rising 2 and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood as gifts and had to balance my time between the two. Surprisingly, it worked out quite well in the end!

I just played whichever game was most appetizing at the time, a strategy which seems great for two RPGs on such an epic scale! You'll probably end up beating both of them anyway... In like a year... :P
