Here's how I see the maps breaking down...
Labs. It is certainly a crazy little map. The biggest hurdle for Resistance is planting a charge. After that, very downhill. The repair room is so open and uniform that neither side has a major advantage, so with some savvy play the Resistance can quickly set defenses to cover Engineers, and once the sample is captured it's pretty much over.
Founder's Tower.
Very very easy defense for Resistance. Even when a hack was started I haven't seen Security be able to set up a proper perimeter to defend before Resis is back in there cutting through to kill the hackbox. On the other side, Security has to go through hell to get to the hack, with two killing lanes to the objective both virtually from the same point, from a defender's perspective. Removing the obstacle isn't overly rough to defend or take, it's mostly about who can get control and keep it long enough. Getting to that office door. . . a nightmare. It seems such a long run as you're constantly having to climb up, and by the time you get there if you made any headwork killing off Resistance members, they're back! Just horrible. Then the detonator, then running the detonator. . .
The way I see it, the DLC maps are much more favorable to Resistance. The further you get in each map, the harder it is for Sec, either defending Labs or assaulting Tower.
