The move Dare Devil costume is almost exactly the same as the comic book one, except a few details that make it a bit more realistic.

Doc Ock from Spider Man 2 goes down as a classy look and a classy villain. Perhaps the only good Spider Man movie. Rorschach is also good. Comedian is good if you understand his character. Batman (most of them with a few exceptions). Iron Man. Captain America's.

Edit
I love the 90's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-u07UEDT5I. Given what cartoons were, I really think Batman helped to dispel some of the myth that cartoons are just for children with dumb plots. It did give us the classic Mr. Freeze story. I won't say it was all top notch stories, but it certainly ranks amid the top 5 adaptations. Batman Beyond also had a really good costume. Come to think of it a lot of 90's cartoons were just plain up good. At least we had cartoons in our day, now it's all this live action crap for kids.

Edit2
And then there is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z22seoMxgpI, but no one has ever heard of that.

Silence, we do not criticise nor insult Adam West Batman. It's amazing and you know it. :batman:
I can't say anything about the qualitiy of the show. But since this is about the costumes ...

I guarantee that's the only reason why Black Widow is part of the team, as compared to the rest of them, she's wildly useless; hell, even the relatively "normal" Hawkeye is leagues ahead of her. But since the movies are designed to draw in people, they need an attractive woman as part of the team.

Yeah we went to see it last night and I was a bit 'her superpower is that.....she's sixy? Really? '

Yes but it was on Adam West. Hence, amazing.

Except that she also appears to be an expert in martial arts. She just happens to look very VERY good while doing it.

Rorschach has undoubtedly the best costume ever, and he also stars in the only decent superhero film ever. Thor is one of the worst, though his stupid costume is lost amid the pathetic collection of reels they call a "film" that makes a mockery of Norse culture.
Oh come on, you really can't appreciate the irony of having a black Heimdall?

Since I think most advlts look pretty silly in outlandish outfits comprised largely of tights, capes, and underwear worn on the outside, sometimes along with fake muscle tone sculpted in plastic, I can't think of any "best".

Iron Man probably, since at least his is a slick, shiny, robotic flying suit, or whatever.
Rorschach, for the trenchcoat. I like trenchcoats.
Daredevil, for daring to use leather instead of spandex
X-Men - same concept. It wasn't spandex. And they were black. I like black.
