When I first go to Primm in my new game The NCR guards shoot at me, the convicts shoot at me, The Primm residents shoot at me making it kind of hard to continue the main story. I have no reputation in Primm and I am not wearing a hostile outfit. Even after reloading an old save they still shoot at me.

According to a reply to my post on another forum this glitch happens if you equip a powder ganger outfit before visiting primm, even if you remove it immediately or drop it.

I lost 2 hours of gameplay cause I equipped 1 to see which outfit was the blue jacket one and which one was the nekked dynamite one.
