Obsidian has done it with every game they've ever developed, dude. All of them except Alpha Protocol have been huge hits.

Lol...lawsuit. If effective patches don't come out in a month I'll be disappointed but so far my game is running fine. 1 freeze in 20 hours and the only bugs I've had are the Radscorpions being consistently stuck in the floor and my character's weapon disappearing from view in 1st person.

I really don't think it works like that. Bethesda has released a game they knew was broken, they've ignored >90% of the complaints about it and released what they call a major patch (haven't seen one person report it fixing anything) and are sitting back watching the game sell like crazy. If anything they've learned developer QA is even less important than they thought and we can expect more broken games published by them in the future. It's too late to affect any future releases, they've already found out they can release buggy, broken products and make money.

I hear when your saying Nemt however I still feel that it is up to us to change things.

I will keep plugging away at the people I know and posting where I know it will be read, this way I will reach hundreds of people and with luck one of them will write or know someone who writes reviews on a major site and then we reach thousands and possible hundreds of thousands or people, letting them all know how bethesda are behaving and responding to these issues. (disorganised and slowly)
