The Ingredients of Tamriel Project
Skyrim is not a land alone, but part of a much greater continent. From all across Tamriel, traders bring their wares; happily exchanged for coin. Not all bring weapons or treasures, many bring simple items – foodstuffs and other harvested goods. For those who practice alchemy, there may be rare treasures to be found amongst the simplest of herbs.

1. Features
In the Ingredients of Tamriel Project, you will find 216 lore-friendly alchemical ingredients, and new alchemical properties. The ingredients have been created to represent those found in the games Daggerfall, Morrowind (Inc Bloodmoon & Tribunal), The Elder Scrolls Travels series and Oblivion (inc Oblivion Mobile). Also included are some ingredients mentioned in Redguard.
Most ingredients come with new textures. At the moment, there are no new meshes. The textures have been gathered from open source images, many of them photos of real life equivalents; the ginkgo leaves texture have real ginkgo leaf photos, the chokeweed was made from photos of ‘eastern hemlock’.
Now includes new meshes!

The inital relese includes the 'modder resource' of all 200+ new textures and a file that add them to the game.
Now, if all those textures are done, then why is this a 'project'?
Well, I'm hoping that the community can help make it better. I'm far from an expert texturer. My normal maps leave something to be desired. I've left out a dozen or so ingredients as they just don't have appropriate meshes (and I can't make new ones!).
So, I'll be inviting anyone to have a go at making a better texture than one I've done. You can do as many or as few as you'd like; even one would make it 0.5% better than it is with just me... Anyone wanting to submit a mesh (say a better cactus mesh, or a mesh at all for a 'gorgon snake'), a texture, a better normal map, an improved version of an alchemical effect, or an entirely new one, can do so and I'll add it to the project and credit you with your work.
Of course, you don't have to... there are plenty of new textures in the mod as it is. But I'd like it if it became a collaborative effort; for all of us, by all of us.
Thanks!
