Yes, if you tweak your LOD settings LOW enough, enable Object Detail Fade, you can get 60+ FPS in those "FPS killer" areas because, well, it'll just be "fog" for you and a few untextured polygons.

And this is my computer, I'd say that is some crappy optimization by Beth haha. Disclaimer, my crossfire is enabled haha(The two GPU's are 6950's)

Wow, I installed the TESV Acceleration Layer, I'm now hovering at 40-42 fps for the one spot I posted..Talk about optimization fix!

woe to the console people that PAID THE EXACT SAME PRICE for this game and thats all they'll be getting

Just want to say that PC games are half the cost of consoleprices..

I payed 28 euro for my Skyrim, if i had brought it for my 360, it would have been 58 euro..

Everyone who thinks that the bugs are a minor oversight and the game wasn’t rushed, should visit a doctor immediately, almost every single quest of the Bards College was bugged! How the hell do you not see almost every quest being bugged about a college that every NPC talks about???

I have never seen a broken or bugged quest in all my playtime, im lvl 50.
Ive done bards college, dark brootherhood, thieves guild, mage college. the companions, all deadra shrines, lots and lots of lesser quests.

The only bug ive had is that i can fall trough rocks from time to time, or that dragons goes trough mountains and texutres not loading properly.
I guess i got a godlike computer then? i run the game on highest possible settings, got HD pack and this TESV AL thingy on, 60 fps at all places but markanth and dragonsreach, im at 45-50 there.

That is BS. I had people asking me for help with a system built from $1500 or more , maxing out all the RAM and 400 dollar graphics cards, i7 chip and so on, and they can't do that either.

Sarmatian was saying it was BS that you can get constant 60+ FPS in those "FPS Killer" areas (assuming you're playing on High or especially Ultra).
