Are we sure iPresentInterval even acts as vsync? I just set it to 1, disabled Afterburners FPS limiter and was getting 80fps looking at the sky, with screen tear? Typically though, with it on i get extreme mouse lag and jitter. :swear:

Did the game always have the stutter for you? Or did it start happening later?

Maybe a fresh install minus mods and tweaks would fix it?

Did you ever try the Simple Borderless Window fix? I can't see you ever saying this didn't work for you.

It's in your skyrimprefs.ini in Documents/My games/Skyrim

I wouldnt recommend having it set to 0. I experienced lots of strange things and I'm glad I have it back to 1.
