Ouch, yah fraid unless the laptop started with a decreet style video card its not reasonable to try and replace the existing video solution with one. Fraid you're pretty stuck, that svcks buddy.

Its a little beyond their expertise as well, this is the sort of thing a person with several years of custom build experience may try as a 'project', not something to reasonably just set out and do without an acceptance of the high potential of breaking the whole thing. IE I wouldn't try this on a laptop of my own unless I was very comfortable with the idea of accidentally killing it during the attempt.

We also request that you post your DxDiag report. Here is how to generate it:

1. From the Start Menu, select “Run” (or type “run” in the Search Programs field)
2. Enter “DxDiag” (without quotes)
3. When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, select “Save All Information…” to generate a text file with the DxDiag info we need
4. Copy/Paste the contents of the text file using a “Spoiler” tag

Post that so we can get a better idea of what your laptop has in terms of hardware.

Just from looking at your video I'd say your video card is not capable of running Skyrim.

No, GS is pretty much useless. We're talking something much more in-depth than a simple DIY build here.

I doubt that they have anyone who would try it, actually. However, if there wasn't some kind of low end card in there already, you just won't find the place where the GPU was supposed to be any more. It literally closes up, is filled in.
