Best video card for Skyrim? : V - Skyrim

i have a GTX 560 on an I7 2600 system - it runs skyrim @ 1080P . i havent seen it drop below 30 fps yet

30+ Textures Mods (In installed all per the STEP program)

what is that STEP program ?

because mods are killing my game - i only get a smooth 60 fps indoors or in caves. & mods make my skyrim crash
