What is this restoration glitch?

Equip +alchemy gear.
drink +resto potion.
unequip and reequip +alchemy gear.
Repeat.
Once the % is stupid high, make +enchanting potions or +smithing potions.

Dont do it. the game will be dumb and boring if you do.

Indeed, but you don't have to do it with everything. I just really want to make (because I'm a sad loser) The One Ring!

So it would have total spell reduction and maxed out magicka resistance. Then at least I would have the choice of going mental if I felt like it.

All you're doing is powering up enchants - it's not like you can't take the items off

1. Use the glitch to make an item that improves your pickpocketing to absolutely absurd levels

2. Do the same for fortify carry weight.

3. Create hundreds of sets of fully epic gear with 100% magicka resistance and absurdly high armor and damage

4. Pickpocket the items onto bandits and npc's

5. Immortal battles ftw
