This doesn't seem to have anything to do with Cheats, or hints, or spoilers..

Got a suggestion for you, go pick up Dark Souls until it's fixed, on my 120+ hour playthrough, some College of Winterhold and Theive's guild quests glitches, so now I can't finish them...So I picked up a bug free game and can't stop playing it.

You want your money back? Get real, most games nowadays last for 8 hours tops. This game has given you 142, you've had your money's worth, stop being a baby over such a small issue, sheesh.

Seriously though... what game that you buy doesn't have bugs or glitches? You know what you are getting when you buy a game, svck it up and shut up.

I have spent 142 hours playing my campaign

All I can really say is "lol". I'd understand your outrage if you were two hours or so in and legitimately could never get any further than that. But 142 hours of gameplay is more than most games these days will give you (of singleplayer at least). Not to mention you've used the product for such a long amount of time. That's like saying "I've driven my car for 30,000 miles and it broke. Disregard all your other customers and service my car now or give me a full refund." It's just ridiculous. You're acting like a spoiled child.

The best way to kill these trolls and other trolls is Fire damage. This is because it stops their ability to regenerate health. It is also recommended you try to avoid these at low levels, as they have high health. :flamethrower:

Actually, the industry did start out with good games with relatively few and minor bugs. This was way back when computers were new-fangled gadgets, Consoles were on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_2600 level, and there wasn't anything like Cell Phones other than the Star Trek Communicators.

What happened was the "I demand my satisfaction NOW goshdarnit!" attitude.

Nowadays, QA seems to be more for making certain that the program doesn't blow up your computer... (having done so myself, I know that isn't the case, but really! At least TRY to look competent)

142 hours? Not bad.

My record for one game (across several playthrus) is 794 hours. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultima_I:_The_First_Age_of_Darkness, later called Ultima I: The First Age of Darkness. Bethesda claims another top, tho: over 2,000 hours across the entire Elder Scrolls series.

I have spent 142 hours playing my campaign, only to end up with game breaking bug in my main quest line and now i can't finish the game. The bug is associated with Season Unending quest, I have started threads to find solution for it but there is none..... I am not even going to get into which bug broke my game because that does not matter anymore, there are countless players complaining about at least a score of bugs associated with Season Unending quest.

I just want to know, "When are you guys fixing the bugs associated with Season Unending quest?" You have an obligation to fix it because you took people's hard earned money for you broken product. You took $90 (Aus) from me for this sack of bugs and falsely lead me to believe that i am buying a finished product as it is the understanding imparted by the developer to the potential customers when a product is released in the market and I also spent 142 hours in this game based on this notion. I understand there can be some bugs in each and every game but this game is bug ridden to the core, from dialogue menu to reloading (every time i reload, my character is overburdened and my left and right click dont work, and my favourite weapon and spell key bindings are undone, I have redo the binding and reequip everthing to make it work plus many other bugs, like frozen dialogue menu, game crashing during trading with merchants and what not) and now i find that i can't progress in game because my main quest line is broken (option for truce talks is not showing up in dialogue, so i can't get the leaders to join truce talks).

Give me a date for these fixes and it better be some time near in future or pay my money back and compensate my 142 hours, you can't release a broken product in the market and charge money for it.

Erhm...so you spend 142 hours playing a game before deciding that it has too many bugs (most of which I've never heard of or seen myself)? If you can play a game for that long it can't be THAT bad...be patient, a fix will come.

Not a single person said anything of value except twisting my words around and not a single word from Bethesda. This game has massive load of bugs period, nothing anyone will say is gonna change that and Bethesda needs to fix it. It is completely against business ethics to release a broken product in the market and this company has been doing it for years now. They are going to take almost one year to bring this game on the level at which it should have been on day one.

Don't take sides with a company that has been releasing broken games year after year and have no intention to improve. BTW, keep bumping this thread, keep it on top :P

I think if all the crybabies spent as much time playing the game as they did whining about it, you never know. You may just actually enjoy it a little bit. The pros of every bethesda game always out weighs the cons 9 to 1.

I particularly find this hilarious.. " I played 200 hours on skyrim and its a broken game that svcks. Bethesda svcks. All bethesda games are broken."

As to the asshat who says bethesda has no intention on improving .....you are just a troll or an idiot. Every bethesda game is a huge improvement and they vigorously work on patches to shut the babies up. Quit acting like a 10 yr old.

1. The game is not completely broken. How can you even say that and not feel like a troll.

2. They are working on patches. Quit crying and be patient.

3. Demanding that a company fix something makes you look ignorant and pathetic. Are you doing this so When they patch the issues you want you can say "they did that because I told them to?

4. You speak of business ethics like you know what they are. It is completely against business ethics for a company to bend to the demands of one online sociopath.

5. Why post a troll thread completely trash talking the game and company on the official forums? Did you expect people to agree with you here? You seem more like a troll by the minute.

6. The fact that you personally nurtured this thread with ridiculous, meaningless, and pathetic arguments shows that you thrive on arguing, like most internet creeps tolling the web.

Conclusion: you sir, are a troll to the highest degree and interpretation of the word

I have 250 hours on my character, completed almost every quest and have yet to encounter game breaking bugs.

My bug record stands at:
1. four bards quests which I can't hand in
2. inability to become thane of riften (solve by console)
3. one backwards dragon (fixed in 1.3)
4. one bugged word wall
5. two misc quests
6. three crash to desktop after quicksave
7. magic absorption cancels summoning
8. magic resist issue (fixed in 1.3)

And that's it. A respectably small list for a 250 hour game in my book.

Great, another one of these people. Since you know Bethesda's track history with buggy games, you should have known the game would come out with bugs. But you bought it anyway. And you played it 142 hours already, which is easily three times if not more than most other games now give you with all of their content. So, knowing the game would have bugs when it came out, you still bought it and still decided to complain about it and ask for your money back etc. You sound just like the kind of person who would walk into a McDonald's, buy a hot coffee which you know is hot, spill it in your lap purposefully then sue the restaurant for your own mistake. And calling everyone stupid for pointing this out just shows how ignorant and stubborn you are. *facedesk*

Stop  and start :tes:

... Or get off of my internet :verymad:

In all seriousness, you bought the game, and that's on you. Bethesda doesn't have to give you a refund if you don't like a few bugs. Games have bugs, that's life. Get on with it.
