First of all, the game cannot delete itself. At all. If it did, it wouldn't be able to even run the delete function as the file wouldn't exist.
This is either one of two things:
1) You or someone with access to your machine did something.
2) Steam triggered the "Delete Local Content" function for some reason, and if so needs to be reported to Valve in the proper bug report section on the Steam forums in a polite manner if it still shows in your Steam Library. If it doesn't show in the library, you'll need to contact Steam Support as something is up with the account.
The first one is the most likely scenario.
Second of all, no need to attack anyone. It serves no purpose, really.
