Who's the best Dead Thrall candidate? : V - Skyrim

I sort of wish there was an Arena in Skyrim so you could animate the previous Grand Champion to fight for you...

I completely forgot about Arena until you posted this.. Now I want to play Oblivion again.

I can't get a Forsworn Briarheart to take Dead Thrall. Says they're too powerful, yet my conjuration is 100. Is there something I'm missing? thanks

They can be different levels. I've had that happen then kill another somewhere else and the thrall works on it.
