Nothing unique can be disenchanted.

You have to find something that has it. At low levels you'll find things like Leather Boots of Hauling, later on Steel Boots of Lifting, and the best I've found are Ebony Boots of the Ox. They're all random. Keep your eyes open for them.

Here's a tip: the only non-unique items that can be enchanted with Fortify Carry Weight are gauntlets, boots, rings and amulets.

OK at level 39 and no items at ALL that are 'of hauling' or 'of lifting' or anything like it. Where are these items at?

They just show up as random loot or items in shops, keep an eye out. You will find handy waterbreathing helms as well to disenchant.

You can use Heavy armour perks to make your your armour weigh nothing also, if you are using armour of course.

I you really want to ransack the crap out of a dungeon, bring a horse as you can still fast travel overencumbered with them.
Becomeing a Werewolf can help sometimes too depending on how much you are overencumbered by, used that a few times to get myself back to my stash chest.

Anybody ever notice it's really hard to just ask a question here? People just LOVE judging based on their idea of gameplay vs. yours. I just want to know the easiest way to CARRY MORE!! Those who don't know or care how to help, WHY respond?
i know how you feel bro

Looks like the only one with fortify carry weight that you can reliably find that you might be able to disenchant is thieves guild armor. The rest are random.

Fortify carry weight is pretty common, just visit stores and you find it after some tries.

If you're asking these kind of questions, clearly you're not investing the right amount of time and interest in the game.

I am with you on that one, people ask questions on here because their less experienced gamers.

I myself have very little knowledge of games and such, but when i come on here to ask advice 99.9% of the time i just get abused lol

Well I found out the Thieve's Guild armor is not able to be disenchanted, but Boots of the Mammoth can. I guess there is a pair of these in the game (maybe more). If anyone knows where there is a pair of these I'd be ever grateful!!!

All of the "fortify carry weight" DE'able items are random. Check the blacksmiths and the general goods stores in every town that has them. Eventually you'll find them.
