That would also be asking for a Necromancer to come and take some soldiers, maybe a Stormcloak necromancer.

That's a good war tactic, revive the opponents deceased, and turn them against them.

Um, my nord had a healing spell right away at the start of the game.
Well, the fact your nord had one doesn't mean everyone in the whole world has one really.

Also, why didn't they just use an imperial battle mage or better yet wait for their health to regen. Considering how easy it is to heal yourself in Skyrim it just looks silly to put injured soldiers anywhere. They would have been better off having a row of dead soldiers covered up outside the camp waiting for burial. That would have been plausible.
That's nothing. The real issue was when I used my expert Restoration with 90% + reduction in spell costs and spend a full magicka bar on one of those soldiers and they were still moaning in pain as if I did nothing. Guys, I did enough healing to reattach a dozen torn limbs! What the hell did happen to you that you are still suffering after all that?

Great point. Yeah I did that as well. The more i play this game the more pissed off i get because in the FNV and FO3 I could actually treat most of the people that were injured in the medical tents. What the hell, did bethesda fire everyone that worked on FO3?

@dovah Krosis ....yeah I'll give you that one. Probably then a small cemetary of a mass grave would have been better then. Actually, since alot of the soldiers are Nords i bet a funeral pyre would be a great visual and provide some light on those dark nights.

Wouldn't setting them alight at night give away the position of your camp? Same in the day as thick black smoke is easy to see from a distance. :D

To be honest we could probably go on with this little back and forth all night xD

You know, this is just the cream of the crop of "great threads".

Are you serious?

Even the Jarl's TONE is indicative he was "giving you the benefit of the doubt", as the Jarl sits on his throne.......

I mean you even approached him didn't you? You got sent from Riverwood, cuz they needed guard....etc....etc.

You approach the Jarl, a man of wealth and power and dare to ask why he thinks : YOU'RE THE MAN FOR THE JOB.???

Play it out ........and you will see the "logic of it all".

One other thing: The Jarl probably felt bad for you, OP.......he "feels" for you......you almost had your head chopped off.....
he feels bad......he doesn't show it.....cuz he's a Jarl......a "king" of sorts.....he's a busy man. And he points to people, and basically says,
"go......" ; "sweep" ; "serve me dinner" .... I think he makes a great leader.....cuz he knows who makes "dragonborn material".

:)
