Are there finishing moves for H2H? Or are the ones in that vid modded?

They are in game. Three punches to face and the chokeslam to Oblivion.

I wish there were more H2H moves. Those finishing moves are cool, but they need more. H2H should be a fun and legit way to play. I think beth dropped the ball on not including it and having some sweet perks to go with it.

It's just haymakers all around. And they deliver imperceptible damage.

We need jabs, feints, hooks, svcker-punches and uppercuts. I want to leave my opponent toothless on the floor with as much internal organ damage as possible.

Agreed.
Having it as a dedicated skill, with more varied animations and combinations (and kicks perhaps?) would be great.

I don′t know if this helps, at least for the PC users, but I've found this:

I'ts a mod that adds 1 point of damage to hand to hand every time you level up. I haven't test this myself but if you are willing to, do it at your own risk.
