Sneak illusionist. Mob runs to you, use calm, sneak and pick them off one by one. Or make them kill each other. Or do that from a distance with a bow. As a vampire, do that at night for extra effect.

Out of all the builds I've tried, this is what I have the most fun playing as. Sneak, Illusion, one handed, light armor and archery. No trouble with dragons either because of the archery and the mana pool (I don't use enchanting) allows me to heal myself when needed. Oh, and seriously, calm spells are OP.

Don't worry you'll be using those natural born abilities in no time!

I didn't think I'd end up using them either, but there's just soo much easy money to be had once you get a taste you'll never look back!
