What is your habit before, during, after Gameplay?

Post » Tue Jun 05, 2012 5:39 pm

I do most of the time, 45 minutes in gym hitting the weights as anymore than that is kinda counter productive if your body building and then on my off days I go to my unwind plan haha :-P
I am one of those guys that is obsesed with working out, its not just weights, its ab sculpting and 30 - 45 mins of up hill running.
I don't get why most people consider going to the gym necessary to remain fit. A good walk every day doesn't hurt, especially if it's a good solid 2 miles or so. I walk a mile to and back from the market every day, but maybe that's just because I live in a neighborhood where people aren't afraid of being mugged or jumped at night. Hell, I can walk at midnight to go get my mail and see joggers pacing up and down the sidewalk.
Bone density, thats all i gotta say, weights help your bone density, so when you get older, you will not be all feeble and weak. inside and out.

I'm a bodybuilder, walking with ferocity doesn't apply to me and I like to have strength and a powerfully built physique, that's why I do it and I love it. And maybe you live in a lovely area, I live in the heart of Manchester its as rough as can be around here.

It varies on amount by whether I'm on a cut or a bulk cycle, I'd rather run a set distance than walk also as it works more muscle groups and Burns more excess body fat.

Yeah, i do set distances, treadmill on random hill for 30 mins....as I used to be a heavy weed smoker before 7 months ago, my lungs need repair....badly. I wouldnt say im a body builder, but i definately do more than most people, 6 days a week 1 1/2 hours of weight training per day, 2 muscle groups each day. But back to the point, its good to see some people are taking care of themselves.

I get you, 3 hours is totally acceptable for high intensity cardio and toning work, the time of workouts all depends on what you use the gym for really.

SKYRIM is always the last part of my day. My work puts me on a stay up late schedule, so I can often roll through the game for 3 or 4 hours in a session (the best way to play). When I start to tire (can't keep my eyes open) I hit the sack. Sometimes I even pass on booty call for Skyrim. It's the way of the warrior. Peace.

Hmm. I have no rituals really beyond having something to drink, coffee in the morning usually and tea or water the rest of the day. I have no set play schedule either. Just play it whenever I feel like it through out the day in between whatever needs to be done around the ole homestead. Sometimes I will end up settling in for more of a marathon session so I'll grab some food. Usually whatever is snacky or leftovers.

I role up a fat chocolate Dutch master with some good bud and get immersed in the game. Adds a whole different layer of intensity to combat  .....for me at least.

Before I watch the best show ever on Netflix which is Breaking Bad.

During I take breaks to walk dog and smoke a cig

After watch Frasier for some laughs.

No job right now so it's pretty awesome to play a game like Skyrim.

Oh and throughout the day I look for jobs on the web and take a ride looking. Financial situation is good so it's no rush. I've put about 200 hours into Skyrim.

If you have Netflix watch Breaking Bad. Anyone on here that has watched that show can vouch for it.

Pour a glass of wine, light some candles, turn the lights off, turn the sound up... and play.
