I do most of the time, 45 minutes in gym hitting the weights as anymore than that is kinda counter productive if your body building and then on my off days I go to my unwind plan haha 
I don't get why most people consider going to the gym necessary to remain fit. A good walk every day doesn't hurt, especially if it's a good solid 2 miles or so. I walk a mile to and back from the market every day, but maybe that's just because I live in a neighborhood where people aren't afraid of being mugged or jumped at night. Hell, I can walk at midnight to go get my mail and see joggers pacing up and down the sidewalk.
