oh the sigil stone quest definatly have his spells tho i never use them and annoyed that i cant summon unbound daedra or kill the 1 on the roof ...

So you have Dead Thrall in your Conjuration list?

I had to summon and defeat the Unbound Daedra 2 times and then summon him for a 3rd time before he would give me the Sigil Stone - you've done this?

This may explain why Phineas is so sensitive and defensive about conjuration being misunderstood, lol.

Oh, I think Conjuration is completely understood...which is why it's feared and reviled. :lol:
