Something like 50%, 75%, Normal, 125%, 150% for both damage dealt and received. Maybe a little more or less, not sure.
I want to be able to kill humanoid enemies in one shot with a bow without sneaking, but If I put the difficulty at novice, I'm invincible. I wish I could make both my health and enemies health lower. With the modifier, you can also replicate easier and harder difficulty as well, but it would give more option to people who want to make the combat more realistic.
