Is my armor too powerful for my level?

Ever since Level 35 I had a Legendary Elven Armor of Recuperation. 4 pounds with 83 Armor...

Azura's quest for hearts + ebony mine in the orc stronghold.

And dude, you should have seen my face when I saw how the daedric armor looked this time around. It svcks.

Are you serious?

Daedric looks cooler in this game than in Oblivion by far. Morrowind is about equal in coolness IMO

If you were expecting a realistically "standard" armor from something that is supposed to be top-teir evil [censored] forged from the souls of demons... I don't know what to say.

I have a character that is low 30's with epic Orcish armour and have noticed that I am tanking a lot better, still get wasted by Ice storm\Wall spells though (2-hander so no elemental shield blocking) so I guess everything is working as intended - playing on Expert and enjoying it.

This character is an Orc with an Orc companion and she has made armour for both herself and the follower - I have a full set of Ebony but .... I like the Orcish look heaps better.
