So after searching on youtube i found only 1 guide to a Shaman build and it was...not very good as it tried to push the idea that a shaman HAS to be like "this". But i have made a Shaman and have accessed a guide to different shaman builds for everyone.
Classic Shaman:
Race: Orc, Altmer, Dunmer
Skill Trees: 1H weapon (Mace or Axe), Light Armor (optional), Alchemy, Conjuration, Destruction, Alteration, Restoration, Enchanting
RP Items: Forsworn Armor and weaponry
Stone: Atronach, Lady, Apprentice
Shout: Animal Allegiance, Kynes Peace, Storm Call, Become Ethereal
Discussion: This build would be most seen as the Shamans from WoW or even the Goblin Shamans from Oblivion. They have a preference for the Elements so Conjuration is for summoning Atronachs and Familiars as they are also stewards of nature. Either Robes or Light Armor (Fur, Leather, Forsworn, etc) but always have a hood and be sure to create them with the most tribal warpaint you can find. Stick to nature-related and element-related abilities such as Oakflesh and Fire Cloak. For the stone i would recommend the Atronach but this may hinder your conjuration abilities so otherwise use the Lady or Apprentice. When it comes to shouts Animal Allegiance and Storm Call are very fitting to the Shaman's background(also Become Ethereal seems fitting). Lastly if you want a very RP feel use Dogs or Orcs as Companions.
NightWolf Shaman:
Race: Nord, Breton
Skill Trees: 1H Weapon (Axe, Dual Wielding). Archery, Conjuration, Destruction, Light Armor, Enchanting, Sneak
RP Items: Ghost Weaponry
Stone: Lady, Lover
Shout: Animal Allegiance, Storm Call, Throw Voice, Kyne's Peace
Discussion: Obviously this is modeled after the Mortal Kombat Shaman Night Wolf (or his inspiration which is Native American). Conjuration in this sense is for Summoning Familiars and Bound Bows. Destruction is mostly for Lightning based attacks. Light Armor adds to sneak which you need if you will be an archer. As for the Stone go with Lady or Lover and the prime shouts should be Animal Allegiance, Storm Call, and Throw Voice.
Druid:
Race: Khajiit, Argonian, Orc, Dunmer
Skill Trees: Alteration, Light Armor, Enchanting, Alchemy, Restoration, 2H Weapon (otherwise just use staves), Conjuration
RP Items: Ring of Hircine/Savior's Hide
Stone: Atronach, Lady, Serpent
Shout: Animal Allegiance, Kyne's Peace, Throw Voice, Aura Whisper, Disarm
Discussion: Though it is considered a separate class from Shamans the Druid is mostly the same character but with less placement on elements and more on nature. Be sure to become a Werewolf as it the whole objective of the class. Conjuration is for summoning familiars. 2H weapons are only useful if you want to get into the close quarters but a Staff will suffice if you feel this class as more of a mage. Alchemy and Enchanting will keep your skills potent enough to make up for a lack of a more defined combat role. Restoration should be used to heal companions of which you should make use of (Preference:Warrior). For the Stone go with Atronach, Lady, or Serpent (Druids = Snake transforms?) and the shouts that will help you are Animal Allegiance, Throw Voice (think Predator), Aura Whisper, Disarm.
Well i hope everyone will find this useful and i welcome comments on how to improve upon these builds. As you may have noticed these are very RP oriented (otherwise why be a unique class?) and can be slightly altered for gameplay efficiency. Be sure to do Froki's quests and get Kyne's Token as this will just make you seem more RP for all of these builds. If this guide was useful then i may also show my take on a Ranger, Bard, Dremora, Paladin/Templar, Bounty Hunter, Dwemer, Ayleid (Heartland High Elf), and Pirate.
Good Luck in SKYRIM!
