I've killed him with my previous characters but with my current one I am not sure I will end up killing him. She is from Solitude and lives there so she doesn't go to Whiterun much and barely crosses paths with Nazeem. If he bothers her tho she may end up hiring a thug to beat him up (she doesn't fights herself).

Oh man that sounds like a great idea. The only time I killed him, I slipped a frenzy poison in his pocket and his wife was there so he started attacking her and the guards slaughtered him.

Not yet, but I will. Not everyone gets money handed to them on a plate! I'm heading to whiterun soon, I'll watch him for a few days, then when he's alone... I'll slit his throat.

I will kill him this time. I only kept him alive to do the Thief trophy and pick his pockets repeadly.

Only my assassin/thief character killed him. She got tired of waiting for a sneak attack opportunity and finally just hid up on top of the guard barracks and cast fury on him so the guards took him out. My current character dislikes him intensely, but she is lawful and wouldn't even consider it.
