As far as not wearing hats or boots I'm gonna have to take your word for it though since I played Argonian and they were always able to wear them. I would think if Khajiits were limited in what they could wear, argonians would suffer the same fate.

My favorite creature has to be the Mudcrab (The new one that eats adventurers for breakfast, not the wimpy little ones)... I kinda wish the Mudcragon had been implemented, putting the Giant Albino Radscorpion of FO3 infamy to shame.
