Whats your non-human creature in Skyrim and why?

Whats your 'FAVORITE' non-human creature in Skyrim and why? (I need some sleep obviously)

I love alot of the new creature models in Skyrim, I think Bethesda's artists and 3d modellers have done an absolutely fantastic job, especially compared to the cartoonish creatures in Oblivion! I just noticed when playing Skyrim on my 52 inch screen in the dark last night, how cool my Summoned Fire Antronachs look! The way the flames move through the frame of the body looks amazing, I just sat there recasting them last night just to watch the way they move and how cleverly they were animated  Really made me miss my camping days, I felt like getting out a packet of marshmellows  Btw a special mention to the Dragons... best in any game... period.. just Wow

When was the last time you sat amazed by a Skyrim Creature and what made you so? (Please no bug posts or smartalec negative replies there are enough of those already!)

Maybe Orcs?

In any case I don't think the oblivion creatures were cartoonish at all. I think they were very well done and ahead of their time. But graphics have advanced and Skyim has great creatures.

Some how I just like the deer/mooses. They look very lifelike.

Dragons are pretty sixy. Also I agree with fire atronach, the design is what I imagine wizards of teh coast and Final Fantasy dev team would come up with if they'd work together. :P

Agreed with the Flame Atronachs. The way they zip around and leave those fire trails is so cool to watch. This game's got lots of awesome creatures. Another one of my favorites is the Ice Wraiths; they've got a pretty unique look, like some kind of deep sea creature.

The Elves. They actually look like exotic, mystical, otherworldly, and ancient for once without being pretty people with pointed ears.

My favorite would have to be the dragons, and I really wish there were more friendly ones. After finishing the main quest I was kinda disappointed that more friendly dragons didn't show up.

My favorite improved creature has to be the Argonians, they look so much better than Oblivion and I was happy to see that as Argonians are my playable race of choice.

The Fire Atronachs are great also. I one day hope to see a mod that will make their armor wearable by the PC. =3

Dragons. They're just too cool for school.

Also mudcrabs. I find them strangely attractive. :ermm:

Edit: Also, for the most upgraded category, it's gotta be either the kajhits or the argonians.

orc. in fact even though i play almost exclusively human characters whether its nord, imperial or redguard some of my most fun games are with a big dumb orc that just beats the snot out of everything that he doesnt like and thinks his head is meant for ramming and not useless thinking. :)

ive tried the elves but couldnt get into it and im past my teens so playing as a kitten or a lizard doesnt appeal to me. :P

Dragons. Now if only they were more than just something pretty to look at, and swat away with our pinky.

I've been playing TES games as Khajiit ever since Daggerfall. The only thing I'm starting to dislike about them is Bethesda's change in letting them wear boots and hats. I liked it better when there were pluses and minuses to selecting a race.

The Khajiit have certainly come a long way since Daggerfall, where they were basically elves. As far as not wearing hats or boots I'm gonna have to take your word for it though since I played Argonian and they were always able to wear them. I would think if Khajiits were limited in what they could wear, argonians would suffer the same fate.
You are right about Race meaning very little in Skyrim though and I dislike that as well.

The dragons and my Khajiit. Also the extreme bad-assery of my beastform. They did that perfectly.

Improved? Argonians, facially. Still waiting on some new legs for them and Khajiits though.

But newly added, I'd have to say Wisp Mothers and Dragons.

Those mudcrabs have been toughened up too, on master difficulty in the earlier levels... ouch!! Nasty pinchers :(

I don't think I could pick any one. When you slow down, watch the creatures, stop and think about it, each and every one is pretty much unique (barring cave/snow/x bear comparisons, etc.). Their behaviors, IMO, are FAR more impressive than their actual graphics.

Actually, my bad. If I remember, it was helms that Khajiit couldn't wear, not hats. I still remember my first Khajiit in his fuzzy yellow colovian (?) hat, the only thing he could put on his head! I thought Argonians couldn't wear shoes, either, but I could be wrong since I didn't play one in Daggerfall.

I think OP meant what "non-player creature" when he said "non-human," so I'd say foxes. They're so cute!

As for Khajiit, J'derras likes being able to wear his boots and hats, it makes his outfit look complete and he looks good in them.
