TES would not be either, not enough story for one, better as a game

Game?

...In all seriousness though I think a TV series would work really well for TES; maybe a Game of Thrones style series.

I haven`t read the whole thread, but I say better as a movie. A TV series does not usually have the budget for the special effects required to bring a whole world to life like a movie does. And if you`re going to do a game- Movie you need to do it right, not half-assed. Few movies based off games succeed.

So it should be a movie and quite mature too, 15-18 rated so you get the feeling of a realistic world where it`s tough to survive, not disney land.

The TES novels were pretty good, I don't know about fitting in movies and TV but for books the TES universe fits really well.

Are there TES novels? Where can I find them?

Novels; and if there had to be a TES show or movie, a movie that was based on the novels.

The games themselves just don't leave much to direct in a film without butchering it.

A TV series could only work if it was episodic and featured the short stories found in in-game books.

Not a movie, please. I can see it getting snipped and (somewhat) butchered like Peter Jackson's rendition of LoTR if there was one.

I would love to see a series of novels though. Perhaps it would take over the time alot myself in reading Tom Clancy's works.

I dunno, I think it would kind of convert into a slice of Eider Cheese. I'd much prefer neither and TES VI instead. :)

TV show because several episodes would show probably exploration and you know all sorts of other stuff. While in a movie it would have to be done fast.

When I think of it, maybe a novel. But never a movie, that might ruin TES for me.
