Please help: Can't get past Unbound : V - Skyrim

Just imagine what kind of fun you'll have once you get past the intro area and suddenly have all of Skyrim sitting in front of you. The first playthrough always feels a bit overwhelming when you first start out.

Oh, I can imagine that.
I have played Daggerfall and Morrowind quite a lot.

OMG you are NOT kidding! Yea, it was breath taking and overwhelming and I didn't know where to look or run! LOL Oh and yea, the very first time I also missed the part about jumping into the Inn. There was so much going on, mass confusing, dragon roaring, I was all confused. LOL

This is really embarassing, but I can't seem to find Hadvar at start. Where is he?
I jump through the hole in the tower and land in the inn and go outside and down the stairs, but all I see is two archers in the plaza.

What am I missing?

You must be trolling. You start with Rolaf not Hadvar. If you were really stuck you wouldn't know that you meet Hadvar after jumping through the inn.
