Granted my sample size for Bethesda is quite small, I've only ever played Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim, and Morrowind but I've never actually beaten a Bethesda game. I played Oblivion for over 100 hours and never beat it. I got burnt on and quit as I had already seen most of the game and doing the last quest wasn't a big deal to me. The same was true for Fallout 3. I played for quite a long time (not sure on the exact numbers) got to the final mission and never felt like truly completing it. I'm in the process of playing Morrowind as of now and I don't know whether or not I'll get burnt out, but I'm figuring that I can make it to around 1000 hours due to the slow nature of the game.
Some may dislike a shorter story, but I'm actually kind of glad as I finally completed the flipping main quest for once instead of getting burnt out.
