Great game but these would certainly improve it and while they are not needed they are sorely wanted by me and many others.
-Choices. Choices that impact the gameworld in meaningful ways.
-A journal that gives you enough information to complete quests without quest markers.
-Better pacing, writing, and presentation for the factions along with more length.
-Balanced smithing and enchanting or Artifacts that are more powerful or up to par with anything you can craft and enchant in the game.
-More monster variety in the leveled lists. All I fight are Draugr, Bandits, Falmer, animals and the rare occasional monster(trolls, spriggans, ice wraith etc etc) along with Dragons. Mix it up more.
-Enhanced magic system. If there is no spell making then keep every form of magic relevant and worthwhile. If I want to use flames to kill something at level 81 then let my flame spell reflect my mastery of Destruction.
-proper character recognition(no calling the Harbinger of the companions a boy who fetches mead for the companions, saying to keep my hands to myself when my pickpocketing skill is like 14 and I am perfectly capable of burning him to a cinder with destruction magic.
