For many people, the in-game 'Help' section is the same as the manuals we used to get with games...they never looked in it or read it.
In some ways, it destroys the whole intent of the concept 'laziness'. Not so long ago people didn't do things because it was too much trouble...but in video games people don't read manuals or go to help sections but instead log out of their game, log into a forum, register in the forum, post a question, then come back for a response.
It gives genuine sluggards like me a bad reputation and belittles the entire genre of apathy.
