i've noticed that it takes time for my skyrim to show the ingredient when i point at them for picking,in oblivion it was run along and rapidly push spacebar,instant pickup but not so in this game which makes shopping on the run aggravating

Which house? I use the Solitude house and there's nowhere near the alchemy/enchanting stations to store stuff.
