I making a trip at night from Whiterun to find the fabled alchemist's shack so that I may have a home away from the constant verbal attack of the nords because of my reptilian physique. I had heard that the alchemist's shack was in the vicinity of Ivarstead so I followed the road pointed to by the signs. The road began to snake north with the mountain on one side and a river on the other. I was about to take the road up to higher ground when the most disgusting creature I had ever seen jumped in my path, a troll. I quickly retrieved my bow and shot an arrow at its head. To my disbelief it did almost no damage to the creature and its wound healed as soon as it pulled out my arrow. The beast let out a ghastly roar and began to charge me, which I easily dodged. I searched my memory for the book that detailed the weaknesses of the trolls.
Fire!!! That was its weakness. Unfortunately, I did not have a weapon that was enchanted with fire nor the magical aptitude to burn it to death. There was only two options: fight with what I have or flee. No, there was only one option my Argonian pride would not allow me to run like a coward so I decided to use my twin axe style. I had learned the basics of it so I would have a backup should I ever be unable to use my bow, which never happened until now. With my steel war axes at hand I charged at the beast. I easily dodged his claws and retaliated with my blades. After a while I caught on to the beast's technique and slowly went from foolishly jumping out of the way to stepping back in the right direction. It seemed the fight would never end for I had enough magika knowledge to do a basic heal and the beast natural healing ability. I could feel myself getting stronger and I began to fight harder and more aggressively. We fought from night until late in the afternoon it seemed(1hr30min realtime) when I finally got the beast onto its knees. I then used all my remaining stamina to double axe to finish the beast. I then proceeded to pull the troll off the road into the river and said a prayer for one of the mightiest beast I've ever encountered.
I didn't make it to the shack this day for exhaustion got the best of me so I rented a room in Ivarstead and quickly fell asleep. The End
TRUE STORY.

Excellent read!
