Meh, I'm not a fan of handheld gaming and there has not been a whole lot of Bethesda titles for handheld consoles. I think it's improbable... But now that I said that it will be done, cause experience shows there is a chip in my head and a company reading my thoughts to always prove me wrong and make me look stupid. >.>

I don't know if Dosbox (o0r some other DOS emulator) is availaible for the PSP Vita, but then you could at least run Arena and Daggerfall.
It's no Skyrim, but it is free Elder Scrolls

There was a windows emulator for PSP, so that will prolly happen. Depends on the vita's storage capacity.
