did you even test DISARM?

The way disarm works in Skyrim is just annoying. I don't care about the larp derp logic. Just have it unequip your weapon and not be usable for a time.
So you want an abstraction to replace the real deal? Makes sense...
And, no, I've never been bothered by it at all. Makes sense to me.

Losing favorites if a weapon leaves your inventory is nothing new. Oblivion and Fallout 3, for instance. (I forget if New Vegas did that.... since all your weapons get taken away when you enter the casinos, I imagine re-doing your hotkeys could get annoying.)

Yeah it happens in NV too. i used to remember forgetting to re-do my favourites right until a big fight then wondering why the key for stimpacks wasnt working.. after i died.

Lvl 30+ and your immune to disarm
It's a shame followers aren't. Won't be seeing Chillrend again.
