Have you ever killed anyone without thinking?

I like to wait for NPC's to star saying hello, then I decapitate them.

Oh yeah. If someone looks at me the wrong way they are going to die. Speak out of turn? Punishment. NPC's have souls which I can steal!

I try not to get into altercations with guards in towns and such but out in the wilderness its kill or be killed.

there was these two nobles just going to the wedding in solitude escorted by a body guard. i stood there on the road watching them walk away when i pulled up my bow and insta-killed the bodyguard. then i shot the woman and started to chase the guy. then an old orc power bashed the guy and he just crumpled.

i wasn't angry at them, i didn't want any of their loot. i just sort of killed them.

I heard one of the nobles mention wedding gifts...then i threw a fireball at them.... after that i found this vigilant of stendar and threw a fireball at him and killed him... then my companion turned mad and started attacking me soo....

I mistook a hunter for a bandit once, saw him pointing a bow in my general direction and blasted him to smithereens before I realized he was actually aiming at a deer.

I've done that too. The hunter had their bow drawn and said you should not have come here. I thought oh yeay you should not have said anything. When looting the body for gold is when I learned it was a hunter. Another time I was in the mountians just outside of Whiterun and say a mage casting fire spells. I thought it was another person sent to kill me so I killed him. Again looting the body I learned my mistake. Now I take a moment before killing random NPC's when out in the world.

There are so many hostile NPCs in the wilderness that I typically adopt a "shoot first ask questions later" approach to survival.

Same here. I have killed Vigilants, Farmers, Hunters and Redguard Women in the wilds... more recently I shot a Stormcloak...

People walk in front of my sword all the time. And I'm supposed to THINK? Jeez.

Expert Hint: Don't walk in front of swords.

Without thinking? No.

I need a reason to kill.

That said, I saw this old women in whiterun, trying to tell a IL guard and some mean guy that her son is still alive, and the mean guy said, he has him prison and he's dead, and if she doesn't shut up, she'll end up like him. With the IL guard re-enforcing this.

That said without thinking what this would cause to me I blasted both of them to hell and back. It pissed everyone else off however, and I had to run out of whiterun. I felt bad for that lady and then I snapped >>;;.

The only time I kill without thinking is when I am in a dungeon and I turn around and suddenly my follower is there. I can't help it, it is a twitch reaction. They should not walk up behind me and not make any noise.
