-I like watching wolves and other predators hunt down and kill other animals (and also attack NPCs)

-I like the way bandits will chat or sing songs to themselves if you are sneaky and get close without making your presence known right away.

-The bards will sometimes play a slow, somber version of "A Theme to Shop By"(Talvor?) from Arena/Daggerfall. Thanks, Bethesda. Someone over there was nostalgic. ;)

-The Khajiit have never looked, sounded, or seemed better (culture-wise). I guess some people might miss the retrograde legs from Morrowind, but I really love the Khajiit this time. (But there should be marriageable Khajiit, especially if the player is one)

Really, I mean I hope you are joking, you could have got cash/trade value for it at your local game store. I'm sure you are joking, though, unless you just like throwing money away.

Seeing that you can always download the game from Steam, he could fry the disc and not loose any money ;)

So many small things I love! One thing I can state which I also did in Red Dead Redemption was listen out for animals/creatures and just follow them to see what there doing I also like to watch people working and just today i saw a dead bear with blood coming out its stomach and it had no meat fur or anything on it and when I went up the hill i could see a group of hunters I think little details are some of the biggest things in a game and just add so much detail :)

I like when in the spider infested dungeons you can find harvest able bugs caught in the webs. The bugs in jars were also a cool sight/collectable.

I enjoy all the non-hostile wildlife, rabbits and deer and such.
I also really like all the alchemy ingredients that swim and fly about.

The wild life is amazing in this game, I also like the living alchemy ingredients and I would like to see more of that.

I tried posting about this, "It's the little things".
It didn't catch on, but I talked about how I mostly see elven armor just on elves, with the rare exception.

I find that a nice touch.

My wife was playing and she Interacted with the Map in Whiterun and her map was updated with the Stormcloaks and Empire strongholds. Didn't know that myself.

The birds that are startled and fly from the trees. There's a tree just north from leaving Riverwood just across the bridge while on your way to Whiterun that always spawns said birds. Great touch.

The way a horse will try to revive it's owner that has been killed.
This. I thought this was cool when I saw it.
Plus - bats.

I think those are actually bats, as you find that same animation in some caves. But just beyond your location, up the hill a ways, I found a lone wolf and decided to use my bow for a sneak attack. He was under a tree, behind some shrubbery, so I didn't have a clear shot. As I maneuvered around the rocks for a better sight line, I saw something golden flit by out of the corner of my eye. Whatever it was, it seemed to land in the tree. So I shot it, and it fell to the ground. Finally killed the wolf, too, but he made me work at it, lol. I went over to the tree and looked around and found a dead hawk. I couldn't believe how many, many hours I've played and never thought to try to shoot them! Some actually have nests, too. I'll have to look for the ants, as I've never seen any.
