Anybody miss the oblivion music : V - Skyrim

Not really. I feel Skyrim's music is far better. My favorite is Standing Stones (you can hear it at nights outside towns).

I really thought this would be the ONE area where everyone could be united in saying "Yes, Skyrim is brilliant". Still, at least nobody's said "the music was clearly dumbed down to cater to today's gamers; it was good for two and a half minutes but I can't even play the game anymore".

Yet.

Really? Well, let's fix that. The dovahkiin dragon fight music tries to go for epic so hard it falls to cheesy :tongue:

Well, almost, but i do prefer the other theme (Watch the Skies).

I do not miss the music (I still think that the music from Oblivion is lovely)

I also think the music from Skyrim is lovely. In fact as soon as I heard the music when version (the Royal Fail did not deliver my PC version on time) I ordered the soundtrack online from Jeremy Soules website.

The only music I miss from Oblivion is the battle music pieces and the main theme piece.

I miss a lot of things from Oblivion, but yes the music is a major one. The only music in Skyrim I like is the battle music, and there is one song they play in the towns, and of course the song they play inside dragonsreach but that is it over all I think Oblivion's music was a lot better.

I was thinking this a few days ago. I much prefer Skyrim as a game (really enjoyed Oblivion though) but Oblivion wins hands down where the music is concerned.

Yes I do miss the music..... I miss even more being able to easly add my own music by putting MP3s into the music folder.
