am pretty sure storm and frost atronachs are in...

Oh, I guess you're right. I just haven't seen one or didn't remember seeing one. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Frost_Atronach_%28Skyrim%29

Well because of what martin did back in oblivion he pretty much shut off the way for the lesser daedra. only the deadric princes's can come to the mortal plane of existince of there own free will and the elemental atronachs and dremoras can only be summoned by powerfull conjurer's. daedroth's,scamps, hungers, and clanfears probably can't make it through. It's nice to now that the impact you had in oblivion still makes a difference 200 years later.

Yes, thank goodness our efforts in the last game give Bethesda an 'out' so they don't have to put as much variety in their games anymore. That way they can focus more on making water flow downstream, or the leaves in trees be a little bit more high definition.

Yeah, real impressing. It was a perfect excuse to not make models.
They could've overcome it somehow to add Daedra if they really wanted to. I blame 11.11.11.

Could they? how do you know? did you work on skyrim with bethesda? I don't like the fact that there is not much to summon too! but in skyrim your able to reanimate the dead have 2 summons instead of just one and hell you can even permanatly reanimate 2 dead people or 2 atronachs or even mix between the too and lets not even forget that we are able to summons things at a distance's instead of popping right in front of us and giving away our positions(if sneaking).so what if we're only able to summon a few things we can do much more with our summons then in oblivion.

They could add more summoning options with dlc, they did it with Oblivion when they released shivering isles.
The flesh atronach was very useful even if it was a little creepy with that asthmatic breathing.

How did smithing change?

Well, before 1.5 you could max smithing easily by making alot of iron daggers.
I am not a big fan of quick leveling, but i wanted to get daedric armour as fast as i can to make the rp of this character i mentioned ''fit'' better. Lucky enough for me, i maxed this before 1.5 came.

Now the smithing skill training is based on the value of the item you make, which makes more sense.
