How do blind snow elves use bows?

They use the force.

It's a videogame, and anything is possible, like dragons flying and mages shooting fire from their fingertips.

How do blind animals fly? (bats). Sounds.

Because they have evolved to be blind, their other senses enhance.

And yet Falmer have a particularly hard time detecting stealthed players, or anyone that's not DIRECTLY in front of them. I dunno if this is just my game, but I have a particularly easy time sneaking by Falmer, no matter how fast I move. Even my non-stealth characters, I notice a very large delay in when the Falmer actually notice me and ready their weapons as compared to anything else.

Bethesda has a very strange idea of what blind people are like...what with that one blind old guy who mistakes your voice for that of his friend, and the fact that the Falmer don't seem to be particularly good at hearing.

lets see the 5 main senses
sight-unless the poisons are finally wearing off falmer cant see
smell-they have recessed noses and not the hint of a muzzle so they probably cant track via scent
hearing- most possible fluff wise but unlikely based on them in the game.
taste-they don't tongue like snakes
touch-also likely, they could have toph powers

then there is the possibility that their inherently magical mer blood allowed them to develop some kind of magic based sixth sense like a none stop detect life and dead spell.

Haha, I put it down to luck that you are the same gender/race as his friend. :D

Watch an 70's chinese kungfu movie, if some one is blind you can count on it they can use the bow and sword like a boss...
Maybe the falmer have somekinda radar thingy, pulsing low frequensy sound all over the place.. unhearable for the human/elf/beast ears?

That would make the best kinda sense.

I know about the enchanced senses and such but...no one can seriously hear footstops from very long distances could they? That sounds bloody impossible you would have to sense or feel the soundwaves that derives from such a small sound to be able to direct exactly where they are at for you to fire your arrow and then you have to predict which direction they will move to ascertain the direction of your line of fire.

Footsteps echo in a cave, that echo can be used by the Falmer to detect your location... perhaps.

The size and shape of the nose doesn't really make much difference, so far as I know.

Toph? Either that's a fortunate typo, or intended. It's probably not quite as plausible as other theories, but still a good one. Toph was only able to see with her feet because of her Earth bending abilities.
