When you get Winterhold and Winterfell mixed up.

Thats hilarous, you should have video taped that reaction. Was she a Skyrim fan?

Nope but she watches me play sometimes. She was mad once I told her what it was, even though I told her the enchantment on it would be "increases love making skills by 25%", she said I needed a higher percent.

Haha, I bet she was pissed, but it sounds so worth it for the lulz.

I don't think i can play to much Skyrim. i'm on my fourth playthrough and i still LOVE playing. Of all the things i could be addicted too, i don't think Skyrim's a bad choice.

I was holding a glass of water that was incredibly close to overflowing, and I tried to quicksave before picking it up.

Me and my brother was biking in the forest a few weeks ago. We then saw something weird, so we stopped the biking and went to see what it was. It turned out it was an ancient stone wall that had obviously been around a building that wasn't there any more. When we walked within the walls we heard that the ground was hollow, so we said to ourselves "wouldn't it be awesome if we found a cave or a viking burial crypt or something like a dungeon (like in Skyrim)?" We fantasied about how awesome it would be, and then returned to our bikes.

When we came back to our bikes, we continued our journey about 10 meters and then we saw something strange again. This time, it wasn't a wall, but it was a hole going down in the ground. We checked it out, and the hole was (not perfectly) circular shaped. The edges of the wall was made of rocks who had obviously been placed there on purpose, so this hole wasn't natural, and seemed to be just as old as the wall. Unfortunately, the hole had been destroyed on one side, so it was almost filled with rocks, so we couldn't see exactly what the purpose of the hole was.

Our best guess is that the hole is either an old cellar, or a well. The hole didn't seem to be that deep (but we couldn't tell because of the rocks filling it), so we don't think it is a well. We can't know for certain what it is though...

Just the fact that we actually found an ancient entrance of some sort felt insane. I better take a break from Skyrim, it seems as if it starts to come out in real life...

The other day my wife dragged me off to the mall for some graduation gift shopping for a few of the younger folk in our life, and as we were approaching the entrance she was about to step on a man-hole cover (they look just like the trigger plates in dungeons to me.) I tensed up expecting a poison dart to whack me in the face, or a big iron door with spikes to flatten us. The moment passed.

What is the point when you have all realised you have played to much skyrim?(maybe not such a bad thing, game is amazing)

Anyway, for me it was today...i was walking to work,my mind all set on what had to be done today in the job, caffiene in my system, refreshed etc, basically all good to go,focused i mean...then it happened...

In the corner of my eye in a neighbours garden/yard,i saw a purple flower, not sure the name of it,but i didnt have to know...because my mind only displayed on word......Deathbell.in a pure involountary motion i began to walk towards it to pick/harvest it....wtf? i laughed it off and swore i would take a few days break from killing imperials, yet here i am on the forums,

so for me two things have caught me about how i know iv played too much skyrim, trying to steal my neighbours "deathbell" and coming straight here when i swore i would take a break from this game

so what done it for you?

Living by an interstate...sometimes the road noise is so loud it reminds me of the wings of a dragon (might sound weird but some how it does)...I look up in the sky like im actually expecting to see one....UGH!
