Games do not, as a rule, translate well into movies.

Some people seem to think they are interchangeable (Hideo Kojima, I'm looking at you) but this is only in very rare special circumstances.

In order for the "feel" of TES to work in film you would need at least a trilogy with at least the same budget and running time and talent as Lord of the Rings... if not more.

That's not going to happen and nothing less is good enough.

So basically, no.
