Maybe a new shout or power you use in combat that teleports to nearby enemies and damages them, with the range, number of teleports and damage being increased as you power it up?

if your almost dead it would be pretty easy to flee (i know you want that right?) but it will make the game much easier

We had a teleport spell in Morrowind but we don't really need one now that we have fast travel.

Use Whirlwind Sprint if you wanna teleport around the battlefield as It's basically the same concept.

I don't like using shouts though.

Not everyone wants to be Dragonborn so shouts are never the answer

they already have teleport....its called fast travel
