They need to add a teleport spell.

Its so annoying when I see a NPC mage do it, but I know I can't learn it at the moment.

I want to Teleport around the area, cutting people up(no innocents of course) with my Bound Sword.

A teleport spell where you can warp around the area casting chaos around the area and skadjing up your foes thay would be great.

I would also like to see mage way shrines, Mark/recall, and some intervention scrolls that would provide an additional alternative to fast travel.

Meh, I would rather have mark and recall.

It would make a legit reason to be able to fast travel and help get to where you want easily.

Enemy mages teleport? This is new to me. I have only ever seen the Hagraven at that forsworn base teleport and that is a "scripted" thing

Tactics man. Sometimes its better to avoid an enemy, or misdirect them than just rush them head on.

Also teleportation is awesome.

I want to be able to make a Nightcrawler character, so I would love a teleport spell. Too bad I can't make the Khajiit blue... Beast could be made in Oblivion, at least and it'd be perfectly legit since he is currently more feline.

I understand what you mean but i've always prefered the more brutish way and plant a axe in their skull up close instead of constantly reposition, well if the teleportation cause earthquakes then we can talk again.

Then we can also make more X-Men related characters. Lance, the guy who can cause earthquakes, gets to be the nord.

Teleportation was fun back in the day. Mark/Recall is a must, I think. I've also thought it would be fun to introduce a line-of-sight point-to-point teleportation (teleport to target). I really don't understand why they took this out. Levitation, I get (for the same reason they got rid of it in the first place in Tribunal: the cities and the countryside are not on the same map). But why was teleportation taken out?

There's a good amount of spell effects that we haven't seen since Mowwowind that would make for jubilant returns, I think. I wouldn't mind seeing levitation make a return, though I know that logistically it'd be difficult to pull off because of the way the walled cities exist in game. Mechanics-wise, Dishonored appears to have a pretty nifty blink-like effect, so maybe we'll see something similar in DLC or TES VI?

More than anything, I'd like to be able to make custom spells; I'd love to have a spell similar to Flames that does much higher damage.

Well it wasn't 100 percent serious still i would prefer no teleport they better bring back the spells that was cut from Oblivion instead of creating new.

i'd like a spell were you'd place a special rune on the floor, and as long as you stay within about a 200 meter radius of it you can teleport there instantly, the placing of the rune doesn't deplete magicka but teleporting to it does or Vice versa

It would be cool if teleportaion was a "power" type ability, but still costs mana to cast. That way I can teleport around while still wielding my bound bow.

Edit: Sorry I mean "Magicka".

Technically teleportation isn't a new spell. The Sload use teleportation(and mark, and recall).

I suppose so but I really don't know how they'd make a random teleportation spell work. Just point and click where you want to appear? How do you determine what way you'll be facing when you exit the spell? It just doesn't sound like a very user friendly spell for battle, maybe as a way to get to out of the way and hard to reach places, but that might be the reason there is no such thing. The same reasons they took out levitation and all that.

That's mark and recall, as people have mentioned before.

Entirely possible, it works excellent with expert spells and master if you pay attention to the execution delay but why go pure destruction when you have Conjuration, illusion etc that's just stupid and as for the earlier post by Eclipse no not technically new spell but it would be for the player and unfortunately it doesn't make me want it anymore just because sloads did have them but okay if people want it i see no reason to not add it but i wouldn't use it much.
