Sorry, I have another question dudes: When I commit a crime, there is a bounty added, but do the guards attempt to arrest you? Or can only be arrested by talking to them?
I mean, if you murder someone, and then encounter with a guard but don't talk to him, does he attempt to arrest you? Or pass away from you?

When you first commit the crime they tend to come after you... if you escape the guards, when you come back you need to talk to a guard to be arrested..
However, with a bounty -over a 1000 i think- which you get from murder they will attack on site.. or at least they seem to do that to me

Hehe another question :S please: If I have as a follower Lydia, I am level 19, then leave her and pick up Aela:
Does Aela be level 19 like me? Or does she will the level lydia is? Or what level would be aela?
If I come back in level 40 for lydia, does she will be now level 40 like me? Or does she remain the same level that I leave her?
