Something that could have reflected more on the Imperial Leg

Tiber would have shook his head at Titus and would have asked him if he ever read history.

Tbh if u read up about Tiber, ulfric seems to follow the footsteps.

They both killed the king to get that position.
The both have a dream of unification.
they both have a great disdain against elves.
Both thuum users.
Even ulcrics righthand man reminds me of stormcrown.
Both generals and charasmatic men.
Both get dragons to serve them umder oath.

I can go on and on. ulfric would be a better candiate for the talos thing than our player.

There is a theory that the... entity now known as the god Talos is not simply one individual who ascended to godhood, but a conflation of three different individuals who became so inextricably linked in fact, fiction, myth, and legend that it's no longer possible to tell who was who and which one did what. And that those three different individuals were playing out their own version of an "eternal triumvirate" consisting of the archetypal figures of General, Rebel, and Observer (I think those are the right three).

So there's also a theory that in 4E 201, when Tamriel is again in the throes of a major crisis and the future of Man and the Empire(s) of Man is in doubt, we are seeing the return of this trio in the persons of Tullius, Ulfric, and the Dovahkiin. And that in the distant future of TES, the lore will not be clear on who was who, and who did what, only that there was a great crisis and that a figure emerged to save the day. Or something like that.

Going with the Stormcloaks just makes sense to the Story more than siding with the Empire.

Could be referring to the Dovahkiin him/herself, a dragon in a mortal body.

Or could be referring to this:

Spoiler
When you finish the main quest, the dragon Odahviing will swear fealty to you as he once swore it to Alduin. From that point on, you can use "Summon Dragon" to shout his name and he will come to your aid if he can, i.e., if you are outdoors where he can get to you. Basically you have an immortal fire-breathing dragon on call 24/7 who is more than happy to burn your enemies to a crisp.

If you're doing the CW quests, you've sworn eternal loyalty to either the Empire or Ulfric, if you've also finished the MQ a dragon has sworn eternal loyalty to you, so by extension your commander in chief has a reallio trulio dragon fighting on his side whenever you choose to make that happen.

He might

Spoiler

Seeing as the Dovahkiin is re-enacting a lot of the steps Tiber did before he became Talos.

Well, recently I've been thinking that the MQ (though a lot of people tend to think it svcks) is supposed to be establishing the Dovahkiin's authority and maybe installing his role for a not too distant future.

Only if he shows up in force, and hasn't been weakened by all the persecution of his followers. The thing with the Thalmor is that they don't disbelieve in Talos. You have to believe he's real and powerful in order to work that hard to take him down.

I remember when Zeni Max filed the Dawnguard trademark people didn't believe that it was real. Now Zeni Max filed two more named Dragonborn and Hearth Fire. Wich the Dragonborn one could be anything with that name. If those are dlc the drgonborn dlc could have something to with Talos and the Dragonborn. Hearth Fire could be something about a war with Dominion. The ideas are Endless.
