Where will the DovahKihn go when he dies?

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 10:38 pm

I have been promised to countless afterlives and I don't know where I will end up.

Hircine's hunting ground- werewolf
Sovngarde- They told me I was welcome
The void- Dark brotherhood
Nocturnal's plane- Nightingale.

Where am I going to end up?

Nocturnal's Plane. You took an oath to bind your soul to her needs for an eternity. The others were all invitations, but this one was a personal promise made by yourself.

As a child of Akatosh and since you have the destiny of Dragonborn, nobody can claim your soul. It's your destiny to battle Alduin, and you will be called upon to do so again when Akatosh sends him to destroy the world again. This is reinforced by Paarthurnax, Alduin's Wall and the intervention of Akatosh.

*this is my theory :P*

Yes but I also made a commitment to Sithis when I joined the dark brotherhood and when I took the blessing of the wolf.
Sovngarde is the only one you are only invited to however you are dragonborn.
No matter what happens some of these gods are going to be pretty annoyed.

Hey

I have often wondered this issue aswell while adventuring across Skyrim. At the moment my Khajit is a Nightingale, Dark Brotherhood Listener, an ex-werewolf and Dovahkiin who has been welcomed into Sovngarde even though I aint a Nord. So I have no idea where I will head once I die.

So my Khajit gave up trying to figure this out and decided to just let the devine/daedric beings fight over my soul when I kick the bucket. I suspect there will be a lot of fighting between them all trying to decide who gets one of the most powerfull beings in Tamriel.

They split your soul up and give everyone you bound to a piece, so you'll have a shade in every realm.

my soul will go where it pleases -.-
I'll do a bit of everything
start as a nightingale
kick ciceros but in the void
then live out eternity in a combo of hunting with hircine and the companions then feasting in sovengarde

if anyone dissagrees with my plan (daedra or otherwise) you can answer to....the wabajack! huh, huh, didnt see that coming now did ya?

Having soo many ties to different plains of oblivion throught the game, I think it is Dovahkiin's choice where he/she wants to go

Assuming that you are the grandchild of the creator, I'm pretty sure you do what you want. I personally would be a Divine Dragon :P
