What makes you love Skyrim?

The fact that EVERYONE'S play through is different. That to me is what makes a game great. Everyone has their own story that they want to play, and you can do whatever you want!!

"Independence"!

unlike most of the RPGs, you are on your own in the whole world... no pushes, no limits, no obligations... you are free to do whatever you wish whenever suits you best...
My love of Skyrim starts with the music.

These say it for me as well.. I'm not forced to do any particular thing at any time and the music back in Oblivion is one of the reasons I was drawn so much into that game, even thinking about it makes me miss it. The music in Skyrim is just as good, especially with the Dragons.

I like the freedom you have. Most games lead you down a path and you can't go outside that pathy you can do almost anything you can imagine in Skyrim.

I like being able to be who you want to be, I love doing things how you wish in a big open world, I like creating different character builds with entirely new play styles I like how I chose to create my character and I live with the consequences of the choices i made to develop that character the way I did. I love the open world freedom that is TES.

I fell in love with skyrim because of the beautiful world bethesda was able to make and all of the quests and lore in it. I will never forget a game like this its one of a kind seriously.

I love the fact that no matter how much I play, or how I play, I always find new places and quests. Being able to discover completely new locations after 200+ hours of gameplay is just mind boggling.

Also, the short song with a piano intro (I think it's called Secunda). Just amazing.

I love medieval music in taverns, the terrifying look of the ruined towers in the Reach, walking across the tundra near Rorikstead at night along with the aurora, chopping head off of hostile bandits, vampire coves, and hagravens have some serious badass voice... the list is long.

The world. The NPCs. The Dark Brotherhood. The weapons. The armor. The clothing. Alchemy. Enchanting. High Hrothgar. Sky Haven Temple. Shouts. Whiterun. Solitude. Marriage. Inns. The details. Visual storylines. Books. Journals. Character creation. Dragons. Lore. Sovngarde. The Companions. Daedric quests. Sarethi Farm. Sinderion. Blackreach. The fact that I can lose hundreds of hours playing it and still want more. Need I go on?

But the biggest thing for me is that it's so easy to immerse myself in and roleplay. The above things, and everything else I love about the game, combine and create an AMAZING world for me to tell a story in.

I love how everything flows organically. ( aside from after quest content :/ ) everything feels natural and dosnt feel forced so you feel immersed in the game world. Just turn on skyrim, and don't focus on only becoming as powerful as possible (don't use enchanting alot) and you can have one of the most amazing gaming experience ever.
